GENERAL CONDITION OF RESERVATION

Conditions of hiring : The reservation becomes effective when the customer paid with the owner an installment of 30% of the price of stay and turned over in specimen of the signed contract. If the tenant delays his arrival, it must warn the owner and regulate to him the pay of the hiring for the date envisaged with the contract, and without deduction. In the event of curtailed stay, the price of the hiring remains sure with the owner. Will not be carried out to any refunding. The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the hiring and make of it use in conformity with the destination of the places. 

The hiring comprises the supply of the feather beds, covers of feather bed, pillows, thwarts, crockery, forks and spoons, kitchen utensils. The household linen pack (cloths, pillowcases, bolster cases, towels, cloths...) is not provided, except request express of the "household linen Pack " for 50 euros per stay.

Duration of the hiring : The present hiring is made for the period from...................................... 4 pm., to .......................................... 10 noon.

Price of the hiring - reservation : The amount of the hiring for the fixed duration rises with : ............ euros payable, 30% with the reservation by way of installments. The pay of the reservation will have to be addressed 30 days before the beginning of the stay under penalty of cancellation of the contract.  The reservation is considered firm and final with the reception of the installment.

Inventory of fixtures, deposit : The entry in the places will be done only after the inventory of the places, fact in the presence of the tenant. It constitutes the only reference in the event of litigation concerning the inventory of fixtures. The day of the departure, this inventory is carried out between 10 and 11 AM, except prior agreement with the owner. The deposit will be refunded with the tenant after the inventory of the starting day, made deduction of the possible losses, deteriorations or of the cost of repairing of the places and if the number of people were in conformity with that envisaged and if the places are returned in the state where the tenant found.

The cleaning of the buildings is the responsibility of the holiday makers for the period of hiring and before their departure, if not,  add 45 euros at the price of the hiring above.

In the event of anticipated departure preventing the inventory, the very same day departure of the tenant, the deposit is sent by the owner within a time not exceeding a week. 

Insurances: The customer is responsible for all the damage occurring of his fact. It is invited to check that it is well covered by a contract of standard insurance holiday for these various risks. So it is committed providing the financial backer, a photocopy of his contract of insurance.

Animals: Any tenant accompanied by an animal must have obtained the agreement of the owner and for 1.70 euros per day.

 Payment of the loads (electricity, water, gas...) : Those are included/understood in the amount of the hiring. However a too important use of the equipment will be able to imply an increase in rent.

Visitor's tax : It will be perceived by the owner at the end of the stay according to methods' envisaged by the commune (1 euro per day and person).

Conditions of cancellation: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter.

The installment remains sure with the owner who reserves the right to claim the pay of the hiring if the good could not be relet for the same period and the same tariff. The owner is by no means responsible for the transport of his customers. He could not be held responsible for an impossibility of his customers of joining the vacation resort, some that is the reason even in the event of cause beyond control. He will not proceed, in this case with any refunding. 

Litigations: In the absence of agreement with the owner, it is made exclusive attribution of competences to the courts of the place of the residence of the owner.
